For people living with persistent pain who want to understand what's happening in their brain and body — and build a practical toolkit for turning the volume down.
Not Sure Whether “Reset” or “Rewire”
Is Right For You?
Both are grounded in the same science.
The difference is pace and format.
A “Reset” is a single 90-minute intensive class experience. It’s perfect if you want the core science and practical tools delivered efficiently in one focused session.
“Rewire” is a once-weekly 6-week program. Each meeting is 45-50 minutes. It’s for people who want more time to absorb, discuss, practice, and build.
Some people start with Reset and move to Rewire. Some go straight to Rewire. Either path works. And if you’re not sure, a one-time “Get Focused” session with Dr. Rooney can help you decide.
