Who We Are and
What We Do
Insight Works LLC is an educational and coaching company grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and real life.
Our goal is simple: To make psychological science understandable, usable, and supportive, especially for people who are overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure where to start.
We work with individuals, teams, and organizations who want to feel better, function better, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Founded and led by doctoral-level psychologists with advanced training in behavioral medicine, health psychology, and cognitive behavioral science, Insight Works exists to make psychological science usable. Much of what we teach is drawn from decades of research that rarely reaches everyday life in a practical way.
We are not a therapy practice. Everything we offer is educational, skills-based, and growth-oriented. Our focus is on helping people understand how their minds and bodies work, and giving them tools they can use immediately - without shame, pressure, or perfectionism.
Our approach is warm, clear, and human. We avoid unnecessary jargon and emphasize curiosity, empowerment, and real-world application. Through engaging programs that often include humor, stories, and moments of recognition, we help people feel steadier, think more clearly, and turn insight into sustainable change.

Insight Works is grounded in real psychological science, and we’re and focused on making it usable in everyday life.
Our programs are led by doctoral-level psychologists with advanced training in behavioral medicine, health psychology, and cognitive behavioral science. But what makes us different is how we teach. We don’t just share information. We translate research into practical skills people can actually use.
We are not a therapy practice. Everything we offer is educational, skills-based, and focused on your future growth. That means no diagnosing, no pressure to “fix” yourself, no digging up the past, no expectation of perfection.
Our approach is warm, clear, and human. We use plain language, real-world examples, and often a bit of humor to help people recognize themselves, understand what’s happening in their minds and bodies, and make meaningful changes that last.
