Insight Reset 1:1 Coaching

Unsure What Your First or Next Step Should Be?
Let’s figure it out together.

Individual coaching support to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and choose your next steps with intention.

Educational and skills-based coaching, not therapy.

1:1 Coaching - A Place To Start

For some people, 1:1 coaching is a place to begin. It offers a structured, supportive space to step back, make sense of what’s going on, and decide what kind of support would be most helpful.

Coaching can help you explore whether a Reset class fits your goals, whether ongoing one-on-one coaching makes sense, or whether therapy would be a better next step.

Sessions are educational and skills-focused, with an emphasis on understanding patterns and learning practical strategies - not diagnosis or treatment.

How 1:1 Coaching Works

1:1 coaching sessions are structured, collaborative, and practical.

Sessions focus on understanding patterns, learning science-informed concepts, and experimenting with skills you can apply between sessions.

The pace is flexible and guided by your goals, questions, and circumstances.

Coaching is not about fixing you or digging into the past. Instead, it’s a forward-looking process that emphasizes clarity, learning, and informed choice.

Some people meet for a short series to get oriented; others continue longer to build and refine skills over time.

Is 1:1 Coaching a Good Fit For Me?

1:1 Coaching May Be a Good Fit If You…

  • Want help making sense of stress, sleep, pain, or life patterns

  • Are looking for practical tools and education, not diagnosis or treatment

  • Feel uncertain about what your first step or next step should be

  • Value a collaborative, non-diagnostic approach

  • Want guidance deciding between classes, coaching, or therapy

If therapy would be a better fit, we’ll help you think through next steps and options.

  • Are seeking therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for a mental health condition

  • Are in crisis or need immediate clinical support

  • Want a prescriptive program or someone else to “fix” a problem

  • Are looking primarily to process the past rather than build skills

1:1 Coaching Is Not the Right Fit If You…

How People Use 1:1 Coaching

People use Insight Reset: 1:1 Coaching in different ways, depending on where they are and what they need most right now.

Some people use coaching as a starting point, a space to slow down, get oriented, and decide what kind of support makes the most sense. Coaching can help clarify whether a Reset class fits their goals, whether ongoing one-on-one coaching would be useful, or whether therapy would be a better next step.

Others use 1:1 coaching as a way to apply and integrate what they’ve already learned. This might include translating concepts from a Reset class into daily life, troubleshooting sticking points, or refining skills over time with individualized support.

Some people choose to continue with coaching for a period of time to build consistency, deepen understanding, and practice new strategies in a structured, supportive way.

There’s no single “right” path. Coaching is designed to support learning, clarity, and informed choice, not to lock you into a specific track.
