Rewire Pain is a small-group virtual program that walks you through the science of persistent pain at a pace that lets it actually sink in, with time to ask questions, reflect, practice, and build a plan that fits your life.
A Different Kind of Pain Program
Rewire Pain is a 6-week virtual group program that meets once a week for about 45–50 minutes. Each session builds on the last, giving you time between sessions to practice, reflect, and notice what's working.
This isn't a lecture series. It's a guided learning experience, grounded in psychology and neuroscience, designed to be practical, and paced so that real understanding can actually develop.
By the end of the program, you won't just know more about pain. You'll have a clearer picture of your own puzzle along with a set of tools you've already started using.
What We Cover Together
Unlike the Pain Reset class, the "Rewire Pain" class experience is paced to give you room to ask questions, think out loud, make sense of what you're learning in real time, and hear from others in the class: their wins, their challenges, and the puzzle pieces that are working for them.
Each week we go a little deeper, building understanding, introducing practical tools, and giving you space to figure out which pieces fit your life.

Why persistent pain is different - and why it has to be approached differently
What's happening in your brain and nervous system -explained clearly, without jargon
Science-based tools and strategies - practical techniques you can start using right away to help turn the volume down
Finding your puzzle pieces - because everyone's pain is different, everyone's path forward is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all answer
Leaving with more hope and a real plan - not a prescription, but a starting point that's actually yours
Is a “Rewire Pain” Class Right For Me?
This program is a good fit if you:

No prior experience needed. You don't need to have taken the Pain Reset class first, though if you have, this is a natural next step.
This program is probably NOT the right fit if you:
Are seeking therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for a mental health condition
Are in crisis or need immediate clinical support
Are looking primarily to process the past rather than build skills and understanding
What to Expect

Not Sure Whether to Start
with “Reset” or “Rewire”?
Both programs are grounded in the same science.
The difference is pace and depth.
Pain Reset is a single 90-minute intensive class. It’s perfect if you want the core science and practical tools delivered efficiently in one focused session. Think of it as flipping the switch.
Rewire Pain is the 6-week program. It’s for people who want more time to absorb, discuss, practice, and build. Think of it as doing the rewiring.
Some people start with Reset and move to Rewire. Some go straight to Rewire. Either path works.

Investment: $295 for the full program (introductory rate)
When: These programs launch when we have at least 5 participants.
This is a coaching and education program, not therapy or medical treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have taken the Pain Reset class first? No. Rewire Pain is open to anyone. If you've already done the Pain Reset, this is a great next step. If you haven't, you'll still get everything you need.
Is this therapy? No. Rewire Pain is an educational and coaching program. We don't diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. If you're looking for therapy, we're happy to help point you in the right direction.

Is this covered by insurance? No. Like all Insight Works programs, this is self-pay and not covered by insurance.
What if I'm not sure this is the right fit?
