HOW PEOPLE USE 1-TO-1 COACHING

Everyone arrives differently

People come to 1-to-1 coaching from very different places. Some might have a specific issue they've been dealing with for a while - poor sleep, pain, stress and anxiety that won't quit. Others just know they're not where they want to be and can't quite get there on their own.

However you arrive, coaching adapts to you. Here's how people typically use it:

As a starting point. Not sure where to begin or what kind of support makes sense? Coaching gives you a structured space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and figure out your next step - whether that's ongoing coaching, a class or program, a referral to therapy, or some combination.

To build on what they've already learned. Some people come to coaching after completing an Insight Works class or program. It gives them space to apply what they've learned, work through what isn't clicking yet, and refine their approach with personalized support.

For ongoing support. Some people want consistent, continued support over time - someone in their corner as they build new patterns, develop new tools, and make steady progress toward where they want to be.

Because they're just ready to move forward. Sometimes there's no specific named issue. Just a clear sense that something needs to change - and a strong desire to figure out what that is and start moving.

All sessions are virtual and scheduled through our online booking system.

Choose the length that feels right for where you are - and the coach whose availability or style works for you.

  • 25-minute session | $100
    A focused, efficient session for check-ins, working through a specific question, or keeping momentum while practicing between longer sessions.

  • 45-minute session | $150
    Dedicated time to work through what's on your mind, build on previous sessions, and make real progress.

  • 60-minute session | $200
    The most time to go deeper, tackle more complex challenges, and build a clear path forward.
