An engaging 90-minute virtual group learning session translates psychological science into clear explanations and practical tools you can begin using right away.

After a reset class, you might decide to join another class, to continue to 1:1 coaching or 1:1 psychotherapy with Dr. Rooney, or to pause your journey and practice your new strategies. In all these ways, Dr. Rooney is here to help!
